Boston Market - Reno

I'm a fan of boston market food since their opening. this is not so much. I have received emails where I can get in during the Thanksgiving holiday and can order at any time within or drive through the regular menu or the holiday menu. When I arrived the day before the thanksgiving, I was greeted by a dame at the door that told me that the publicity for any kind of order is not allowed and the journey through was closed. it is in the email to note that the one and only location in the entire city has different rules. a thirty minutes drive away for nothing.

Decided to try the Prime Rib since they have been out of Turkey for awhile now. Do Not get the Prime Rib!!. $20 for a piece of meat you can't even cut with a knife or even try to chew. It was so tough and dry. I just had to throw it away. Can't believe they would sell it. It was even too tough for my dog to chew. Waste of money!

Meatloaf was like canned dogfood, gravey for potatoes was thick brown water with no flavor, mac&cheese was mush...this was horrible. Edited...went to talk to manager about meal. He was very understanding and offered two replacement dinners. The chicken was much better than ribs and Meatloaf.

I decided to stop here on a whim today. It was my first time visiting Boston Market, and will be my last. First though, the good. The employees that helped me were friendly, attentive, and service was fast. A+ for them. The problem is with the food. I ordered a full rack of Ribs with Macaroni and Cheese and Creamed Spinach as sides. The food I recieved was Stouffer's level quality at legit BBQ joint prices. I suspect this company isn't going to be in business much longer. Amazing to me they've made it this long.

2 star because the food is delicious, but the attitude given to you at the window is crazy not to mention not receiving my full order for a meal that's promoted ONLINE. And when I call to say something this older guy answers and proceeded to not just talk over me multiple times but didn't offer to solve no issues, a simple apology would've been great, no need to be defensive.
