I took some photos of our meal, which included a BLT on sourdough with sweet potato fries, an order of beer-battered onion rings paired with their delicious sweet chili sauce (which was incredible), fried pickle chips, and homemade deep-fried mozzarella (we couldn’t resist, so two sticks are already missing because my wife and I grabbed one each!). If you find yourself in Renton, you’d be missing out if you didn’t stop by and give this place a try.

Great location that's easy to find. The food is delicious, and they have an excellent selection of beers. The decor has a masculine yet warm vibe, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to some noisy and overly drunk customers, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. It seemed like they were regulars and might be back again.

This hidden gem in Renton is situated near Benson Road, at the corner of 4th and Park Ave. Just across the street to the north, you'll find a Shell gas station with friendly and accommodating cashiers. The Dog and Pony Ale House offers a vast selection of local brews and some of the best beers available. The staff here is fantastic and always ready to assist. Be sure to try a sample of something unique that you haven't experienced before! The establishment is clean and features a pool table, a TouchTunes jukebox, and about ten TVs usually showing sports. It's best enjoyed with a group of five or fewer. While parking on the property can be limited, there’s ample parking available around the block. They serve great food, and the beer is even better!

Delicious, well rounded beer selection. I enjoyed every fresh hop they had on tap. The service was fine. It was right at open, so we had the bartender to ourselves. The prices seem a bit high for the area. If I want to spend that kind of money, I'll go to the Beer Junction.

My coworkers and I have enjoyed the D&P for years. We've had a few favorite waitresses over the years and there has always been someone to take care of us. They have a number of rotating taps and I always find something interesting to drink. Their nachos are a favorite but a lot of other good food as well. There is a nice patio to sit on when the weather is nice.
