Kim Phuong Vegetarian Delight - Renton

We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened and have always enjoyed the delicious food and affordable prices. However, we were disappointed to find out that they no longer exclusively offer vegan or vegetarian options. They now have a separate vegan menu in addition to an omnivore menu.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. It is located next to a gas station and has a simple yet inviting atmosphere. The portions were generous and the prices affordable. The shredded pork fresh rolls had a spicy kick to them, so be cautious if dining with young children. The menu can be a bit confusing, with items like "vegetarian crepe with vegan ham and tofu", but the waiter confirmed that it was fully vegan. I was relieved to hear that, as the Vietnamese crepe is one of my favorite dishes!

This restaurant is excelling when it comes to their dishes, similar to Blossom Vegetarian but at a much more affordable price. I have tried their chikn pho, pork vermicelli bowl, chikn pad thai, and fresh rolls so far and have been impressed.

We recently sampled the vegan black feather rolls, banh mi sandwich, and curry at this restaurant. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The curry had sweet potato and tofu, perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend giving it a try! - Updated review as of July 11, 2022.

We began our meal with potstickers and ordered the chow mein and pad thai with vegetarian protein. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be returning. Our bill came to $36 for an appetizer, two entrees, a lemonade, and young coconut water.
