Taco Time Nw - Renton

I ordered two platters but didn’t receive the complete order. I only realized this once I got home.

I ordered a #1 combo meal with beef, no sauce, and while the drink and fries were correct, the burrito was entirely wrong. Instead of beef, I received a chicken burrito filled with lettuce and extra tomato. I don't like either lettuce or tomato, and I'm not a fan of chicken, so it felt like a waste of money. The wrapper was correct, but the contents were completely off. I recommend checking your food before you leave!

It seems that every time we order food from here, there’s an issue with our order. This time, we were supposed to receive crispy beef burritos, but instead, we got chicken burritos. On top of that, we didn't receive the ranch dressing we had paid for. We consider ourselves patient people, and we understand that the pandemic has brought challenges for many. However, just because someone shows up to work doesn’t necessarily mean they’re putting in their best effort. It really isn’t difficult to pay attention to orders.

This Taco Time is my favorite when I want chicken fried burrito and mexi fries(tater tot). It is also a clean, cosy and romantic fast food place as they have a fire place and been renovated not too long ago. Their menu is pretty simple. There is an option of a healthy choice as well. The worst taco time ever! They couldn't have messed up my order if they tried, and I think they did try. I was positive and nice while ordering and then got our order. Chicken hard shell tacos came out with nothing but beans, wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. Girl friends order was completely wrong. I normally wouldn't complain because I refuse to send back food and have something new come back to you, (who knows what the heck they will do to it! Accepted a voucher for a free meal at a future time. I will never go back! Manager was trying to make things right, but a little bit to late!
