I visited this restaurant with some friends after a trip to Cedar Point, and I can confirm that all 300 reviews are spot on. The food was fantastic—the coleslaw, brisket, and mac and cheese burgers are some of the best we've ever had, even compared to the offerings in Chicago. The staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. My only issue was the wait time for our order; it felt like they were a bit overwhelmed or something was off. However, it wasn't too long, and the quality of the food was certainly worth it, earning a solid 5-star rating from me.

It was nice until the new bartender arrived today at 2:00.

When we left Cedar Point, went to the island of the kings, we had a 3 hours or so before my friends and I, so we decided to get dinner. We saw this place was rated high, so what could go wrong? Absolutely nothing. I had the brisket dinner with beans and a baked potato. The brisket was perfectly smoked, the beans were amazingly spiced and filled with pigs. The only weak point was that I didn't have enough butter for the huge potato they gave me, but I take it as my fault. Service could be a bit faster, but I take that as a combination of Kovid and a busy Monday night guilt, so I don't think it was really in their control.

My husband and I love this restaurant! Our waitress was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! We both really loved our meals and the chocolate peanut butter pie! We can't wait to go back! You also get a great amount of food for the price!
