Every time I have ordered sandwiches here I have been so very happy with the burst of flavor! So yummy, you want to eat every bite. If you had planned to save half of it for later, forget it. You won't be able to resist eating the whole thing.

Under staffed the one very nice girl that was there was great but she said she was the only one on the shift for the day! They need at least two people at all times but during rush hour only one employee to do everything? Not okay she either needs to get paid for the work of two people or a pay increase because she deserves it with another employee.

I'll start off with I have a deathly dairy allergy, my boss wanted to stop in for lunch and I searched up and found a very detailed allergy menu from the company, with all the main allergens and what had what and all of the ingredients, I thought maybe it would be okay, but the cheese and the meat were cut on the same Deli slicer fortunately, I didn't eat where it had been cut with the knife and my boss got a sandwich that had a lot of meat cut beforehand, which helped but still had a reaction due to cross-contamination, and I did need to take Benadryl for it, if it wasn't for that it would be a 5??, I loved the sandwich, but I will try to steer clear to be safe, maybe in a few years but we'll see, just disappointed with how in-depth the allergy menu is, to not have a high standard in keeping the cross contamination from not happening.

The customer service was spot on today. Very friendly, polite, willing to accommodate my request. I order a 12 #2. Both employees at 3pm today were excellent! Very satisfied with the taste of the sub as well.
