Was so happy when we found this bakery in the hotel where we don't love a donut!

Punky place with clearly identified vegan options. the brezel bagel was amazing with a crisp crust. no vegan donuts were left when I stopped at 15 o'clock, but hoped to try again the day!

I had the whole bagel with hummus and sweet, the sweet were actually only wobbles and tomato, but still delicious. they served the bagel that was heated, which was really nice. I also saw that they had a vegan donut, but I didn't order that.

4 stars for crosser. the zimtfrosting on the crosser was much sweeter and less cinnamon than a good dutch or French crosser. but the texture was perfect! The bagels were better than many we had over the years, but not the best. the lemon melissa was not good. we would return for crossers.
