Barþjónarnir þekktu okkur þegar á öðrum degi og gáfu okkur góð ráð fyrir restina af dvölinni. Áður en þú velur einhvern annan bar í bænum skaltu koma hingað og njóta kvöldsins með góðum kokteil, bjór eða vínglasi. Sérstaklega þegar þú gistir á hótelinu hvort sem er. Upprunalegt) I can highly recommend the restaurant and especially the bar. We stayed for a week in the Canopy and went to it every single night for drinks and a charcuterie board. The bartenders knew us already on the second day and gave us good advice for the rest of the stay. Before you choose any other bar in town, come here and enjoy the evening with a nice cocktail, beer or glass of wine. Especially when you stay in the hotel anyway.

Þýtt af Google) Matur er bara magnaður. Við gistum eina nótt á hótelinu og ákváðum að gefa veitingastaðnum tækifæri þar sem það var bara þægilegt hvað varðar fjarlægð. Við fluttum á annað hótel næstu tvær nætur en komum aftur til Canopy í aðra umferð af þeim dýrindis bisque og rauðrófutertum. Milli rafmagnsins fer það eftir því hvað þér líkar, en afli dagsins, öndin, lambið og nautakjötið eru öll fallega og skapandi kynnt og smekkurinn og bragðið vonbrigðum ekki. Eyðimörk vitur, brenglaður kleinuhringur alla leið! Upprunalegt) Food is just amazing. We stayed one night in the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a chance as it was just convenient in terms of distance. We moved to another hotel for the following two nights, but came back to Canopy for another round of that delicious bisque and beetroot tartar. Between the mains, it depends on what you like, but catch of the day, the duck, lamb and beef are all beautifully and creatively presented and the taste and flavours do not disappoint. Desert wise, twisted doughnut all the way!
