Nothing worse than being treated like an unwanted guest when you're just trying to pick up a quick dinner for your kids on the way home from work. I used the KFCAPP to place my order, got there after the pickup time and still ended up standing in the store waiting for my order to beready. This location is usually great on the customer service but not on this day, they were just kind of rude and acted likethey were doing me some kind of favor by putting my order together.
We didn't order... we were walking into the store... and the smell was horrible! It's was like raw sewage and rotten chicken mixed together... we turned right around and went to the one on Tussing and 256... the one on Brice is Trash!
Today is my birthday, and my mom took me to Other World in Columbus to celebrate. After a nearly three-hour drive, we decided to grab a quick bite before heading in. We went through the drive-thru and ordered just the #13, which comes with two chicken sliders—one plain and the other with pickles. However, the employee taking our order reacted dramatically, shouting “OH GODDD” in annoyance, and then left, leaving another coworker to finish taking our order. It’s surprising how upset someone can get over something so trivial. Happy birthday to me, I guess!
I'm really disappointed. My chicken was burnt and tough. I waited in the KFC drive-thru line for fifteen minutes, and this is what I was given. Both bowls had burnt chicken. They should know better than to serve this to customers.
I've never been one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I visited the location in South Hamilton, and it seemed like there had been a lack of care in the preparation of my food. I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes to return, so I decided to try this place instead, and they really took great care of me. Thank you! They went above and beyond!
