If they could improve their communication or hire someone willing to take phone orders, I would gladly give them a 6 out of 5-star rating. It's just so disappointing. I started calling at 9 PM, and their website says they close at 11, but as usual, no one was answering. I would hate to drive all that way only to find out orders have stopped or that they’re closed. Please address this issue! I've also read some reviews and noticed that others have had confrontational experiences here, which is unprofessional. I've adjusted my rating because I now understand that they no longer take phone orders. That's a hard lesson learned. I'm not looking for trouble, but it seems to come when people leave low ratings. They must not realize that some things are better left unsaid. The blackened sauce is great, but it certainly doesn’t warrant being dismissed, disregarded, or spoken to rudely.

Soo many things I can say about this place. I heard the food was great, so I went to try it out. The inside didn?t look the best but it?s usually those hidden gems with the best food. I was not impressed! The white bartender was very rude and notprofessional. The food was good but but took 30 minutes to receive. Once I left the establishment my stomach started cramping upand had to rush to the restroom. Never again! Every time I try to support a black business I get disappointed. Very rudeestablishment. I ordered the turkey ribs, mac and cheese, and broccoli, and everything was cooked to perfection! The food never disappoints, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!

I normally have a great time but today I had a very unpleasant experience.I spent over $80 and they gave me cold fries I nicely asked to have my frites replaced or recooked and it was stated very rudely by your bartender that all she can do is heat them upand can not do that.Very ghetto place and very rude customer service. I do not recommend

I waited over 20 minutes for the $20 turkey rib dinner, which came with asparagus and mac and cheese, and I was really let down. The turkey ribs were burnt, extremely dry, and crumbly. The asparagus was also overcooked. The mac and cheese was the only redeeming part of the meal. I should have just ordered the wings instead.
