The service and food at this restaurant were outstanding! It offers great value for money and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Overall, it is a great value for the price.

Just been here for what was billed as a Tapas meal. Not entirely my idea of tapas, more of a 'Spanish-themed ' meal. Nevertheless, it was first-class. The students are all very friendly and clearly out to please the customers. The food was delicious and the price very reasonable. Five-star rating. Thank you one and all for a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I recently visited Carriages for their Christmas lunch offering. The food was exceptional, and the service was attentive and friendly. Despite being a training restaurant, the quality here rivals that of many high-end establishments we have dined at. All dishes are made with fresh ingredients. We both enjoyed the wild game terrine with pickled cherries, cherry coulis, and curly endive for our starters. For mains, my wife had the paupiette of roast turkey with all the trimmings, while I opted for the Pithivier - a mushroom and chestnut filling encased in puff pastry with a Madeira sauce. Both dishes were delicious and freshly prepared. We ended our meal with a chocolate orange cheesecake, which was a delightful and light dessert. We also indulged in fresh coffee and a homemade mince pie. All of this came at a bargain price of just £16.95 each. The staff, who are students at the college, were attentive and quick to respond to our needs.

Had a fabulous meal here on Friday 11th October. The choice was excellent and the food was also excellent. Well presented, tasty and lovely friendly staff who also introduced the kitchen staff too which was very nice. Sorry I cannot remember their names.
