Special Food Chinese Take Away

I ordered a few times ,at the beginning it took them 2 hours .Eventually ,they arrived quite on time. It is reasonable because they are the only one open during these difficult time.I truly appreciate that they took the risk and effort to cook for us, overall the food was affordable and tasty.

Wow! Cannot believe how poor this meal was. Firstly the delivery was 35 mins late. When we contacted them after 10 mins after their ETA, we were told that it would be a further 15 mins. No prawn crackers, no additional items, no apology. The food was either raw, burnt or drenched in salt. Having spent nearly 50 pounds i’m incensed. There was nothing about this meal or service was adequate.

Phoned in takeaway order. Told 45 mins. Arrive to fine not even started order. Waited another 30 mins for them to cook order. Got hone to fine they charged me for food they hadn't even cooked. Part the order missing. Called back to find out where the order was to be told they couldn't provide as they were doing someone else's order. I am local and like supporting local business but this business is a joke. They don't stick to their routine opening times and don't care about the orders they do.

More choices. Friendly and polite staff. Portion is big enough. Food cooked tasty and freshly. Great value.

The staff at this restaurant are always polite. The food is consistently freshly cooked and delicious. They are willing to accommodate special requests, such as cooking 'off menu'. We always order with no salt, and they prepare the food accordingly. We consistently have a great dining experience here.
