On the positive side: the location, the pool and the outdoor space (if you have small children and want them to play, if you are an adult and you want peace, better not), the friendliness at reception. To improve: mainly, the heat was terrible. There is no air conditioning or fan in the rooms, and if we slept with the window open it was still quite hot, and besides there was a lot of noise (from the first hour the trains that passed next to the room and the creatures that played in the pool). The shower was not working well (we warned and it must have been a one-off problem). The breakfast was quite poor and it was not buffet style, but you had to ask for dishes. Gluten-free options for celiacs were gluten-free farmer's bread, plumcake and cereal. We went in high season and paid around €106 for the room with breakfast included. Moltes gràcies a tot l’equip de Catalunya Park, en especial a l’Estela que va demostrar tenir una paciencia i mà esquerra amb els diferents personatges que vam anar a la boda de la Cris i l’Edu!

Hem passat uns dies a l’hotel i l’experiència ha estat genial. L’ habitació quadrúple amb la llitera pels nens els va encantar. Tot súper nét i agradable. Potser per dir alguna cosa a millorar oferir algun servei més a l’habitació. Pel que fa al servei de mitja pensió, també genial. Esmorzars a taula variats i abundants. Els sopars també molt complerts i amb opcions alternatives si alguna cosa no ens encaixava. L’atenció de tot el personal molt bé també. És un hotel molt familiar i els nostres fills han gaudit jugant amb altres nens i nenes. Molt ben situat per pujar amb el cremallera i per voltar per Ribes de Freser.

Un hotel ideal para ir con los más pequeños de la familia. Las habitaciones sencillas y cómodas. Nos tocó una doble de tamaño medio. Todo muy limpio. Vistas hermosas a la montaña. Se veía cruzar el cremallera por la ventana. La comida era rica y la atención del personal es excelente tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Un diez. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
