Yazmin and Alde consistently provide excellent service, and using the app makes everything so much more convenient! I've been coming here for around five years, and it’s always a fantastic place to visit. Please be generous with the drinks!

I waited 36 minutes for a simple smoothie, and I'm really frustrated about it. I was there long after everyone else who ordered before me had received theirs. When mine finally arrived, it was missing some ingredients I had requested. I informed the staff member, but she didn't fix it properly. Given the long wait and the chaos, I just took the smoothie as it was. Overall, it was the worst smoothie experience I've ever had.

If you're in a rush, this is not the place for you. There’s a noticeable lack of urgency, and the staff moves at a slow pace—even when it’s not busy. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Props to Allen! Friendly, welcoming, and willing to make menu suggestions and ultimately help me customize a great smoothie. Sorry smoothie king but the menu is way too loaded with added fruit juices extra sweeteners etc. that are needed. Let the magic of the fresh fruit and veggies work for us. You don’t find a lot of young kids like Allen giving such a great customer service these days. I hope the company takes good care of this young man!
