I went to the Richboro ACME Starbucks at around 3pm on April 6th. There was a barista working there at the time-she was very sweet and absolutely wonderful! (Evangel or Vange? I may be misspelling her name. She was very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on my my order and when I told her, she did not make a fuss-she simply corrected the order and proceeded. She asked if I wanted my croissant and banana nut bread warmed up (which isn?t always asked and even asked if I wanted a bag for my things! I know there are some negative reviews about this location. However, I think many people forget just how stressful this job can be. With shortages and lack of staff, it?s easy to get overwhelmed and make mistakes with orders, etc. I admit that sometimes some of the baristas may not come across as very friendly but I don?t take it personally because from my own experience in dealing with the public, I can understand how much goes into doing this type of work- both physically and mentally speaking. So thank you Vange and thank you to all Starbucks baristas for serving one of the best coffees in the US!
Waited no less than 10 minutes while server engaged in nonsensical jabber with the customer who began to transact as a therapist client to her hour long therapist. Both the server and customer oblivious to the customers waiting behind her in line. I left to shop in store only to come back in line same scenario. Tried to go back in line third time when no customer was ahead of me and the inefficient server goes ?one minute, I?ll be right back?. Really? He did not help the barista making the orders, just took his good old time jabbering with no regard to the customers waiting in line 3-4 deep behind the one customer he was waiting on. So inefficient and clueless of it. He worked on a Monday afternoon there May 10th can you imagine on a busier day?
They always make my drinks perfectly! They didn?t have an item i mobile ordered, so the man working let me pick something else out AND insisted on giving me a $4 gift card. Even after I said he didn?t have to. Everyone is just always so friendly and it?s so nice to be personally greeted every day. :
I really appreciate the staff at this restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, and I'm consistently pleased with my coffee.
