My wife and I had the Hissin Chicken and Speadie Chicken Sandwiches yesterday at the Clark Sports Cooperstown Fall Fling and they were the best sandwiches we’ve had in quite some time. Took a little while but well worth the wait.

This restaurant is fantastic and definitely worth the price. The owner and the staff member who helps run the place are wonderful people. Mastering a Cuban sandwich can be challenging, but they have truly perfected it. I appreciate the great conversation and delicious food. The bread has a perfect crunch on the outside while remaining soft and chewy inside. The flavors are a delightful mix of savory and sweet. The baked beans are savory with a hint of spice and sweetness. The honey basil sandwich is tender and a perfect combination of flavors. Absolutely delicious!
