Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Richland

An absolute insult to barbecue. The fries were even horrible. How do you mess up fries. Soggy and no crisp at all. I really wish it was better, but honestly, I will go to McDonald's before I would eat this slop.If they charged fast food prices I could understand it because then you know what you are getting.This is expensive garbage BBQ.

I placed an order for the 3 meat plate with spicy barbecue sauce and they forgot the sauce. The meat is good but overall this is a really disappointing meal.

Very disappointed, rude employee. Granted I was there 45 minutes before closing so take what you get, but no hello,thank you, anything but a long sigh and rolled eyes when I ordered. Mind you there were 3 employees behind the counter and none even acknowledge me for at least 4 minutes while standing 3 feet away. Really? The food was pure liquid smoke to the over kill. Way to much.Meat was very fatty. Not trying to be a hat guy ....but 40 bucks and tip was lesson learned for me .

I loved the BBQ. Service was good, nothing to rave about. I don't eat here because I like the atmosphere, it's just clean tables and chairs. TV's are typically on sports channels, but ... there are better places to go to watch a game.Enjoy your BBQ. Have a frosty treat and then have an awesome day.

I love dickies so much but today I was beyond disappointed. I used UberEats, it’s actually my 4th time ordering with Uber but today was one to remember. I paid extra to get bbq on my slider and I get a dried pulled pork slider, I asked for utensils because today the break room at work is closed but I didn’t get utensils, and to top it off I get very soggy fries which I ate because I was starving but omg I literally tasted like I dipped them in water. So here I am waiting for my lunch to be over with a Mack cheese I can’t eat because I don’t have anything to eat it with. $23.74 dollars later and an unsatisfied customer : I’d give it a 1 star but it’s my first time this happened. I’ll try again sometime.
