Mcdonald's - Richland

Great place! Great selection of Craft Beer! Definitely one of me to places when I'm in the area.

Every Friday, I take my daughter to her doctor's appointment in Richland, WA, and we always stop by this McDonald's in the morning. I have to say, the morning team here is outstanding. They show great respect to customers and to one another. The manager even takes the time to greet customers personally. You definitely won't find this level of friendly service in Yakima.

The food is excellent, and the employee named Isabella is always friendly and greets me every time I go through the drive-thru. Occasionally, they forget to include my sauce packets, but overall, it's a great experience.

Always excellent and quick service! The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this McDonald's as a great place to eat.
