Novel Coffee And Teas - Richland

Unfortunately I was not impressed. Extremely expensive, the coffee is just meh… that combined with a very unwelcoming atmosphere will cause me not to return.

Novel is the best locally owned coffee shop in Tri-Cities! The coffee is always made just how I like it. The food is delicious. The service is top notch. I can’t wait for the new location to open.

Amazing little café. Friendly service with delicious coffee and food. If I could give this place a higher rating on atmosphere I would. The toast is to die for!

Novel is like a good book you can’t seem to put down. Fantastic menu options, each perfectly crafted. A charming and sophisticated cafe that is perfect for any occasion. The atmosphere is great and the staff is always welcoming! The owners did a great job with this place, I’m super excited to see what the next chapter is for Novel!

Cute and chill, customer service was superb! The drinks were delicious and definitely want to try some of their other drinks.
