Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Richland

Customer service is the best! our large family of 15 came and stopped at this popeyes on our way back to Texas from florida. the order came back exactly and popping hot and fresh. Despite some small baby-mama drama drama drama drama, which I suspect that happened, the hired made us take care of it. many thanks for ease and care around us.

I always enjoy going to this location. The food is always hot fresh no matter if it's nearly closing time. Never once had a bad experience at this location

The person who commanded me was rude. the lady in the window was beautiful. I haven't got my order yet to see if it's right. it doesn't matter to wait for what I ordered. but dang is not rude to take one command.

I waited 11 minutes on the map so that someone can take my order with only 2 cars in front of me. when I asked four times how long it would be to get an 11pc. She says 20 minutes this is not the first time. but perhaps the last.

Eating was in order that I got thanked for after some of these other reviews, but the guy on the hardboard was not particularly friendly (a simple no problem or they would welcome would be nice in reaction to one thank you and I would also appreciate some serviettes in the bag
