Starbucks - Richland

Always great service. I just don’t love Starbucks coffee. I do however love their food items. Lemon cake, cake pops, and cheddar bacon breakfast sandwich are my favorites. This location seems to randomly be closed all the time. Almost always a long line the few times I go.

Got offered to try a new drink from the barista aside from my regular it’s my new go to! Highly recommend brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam and cinnamon,

Venti iced Carmel macchiato with toffee nut in place of vanilla. Delicious. Ordered a couple cake pops also. The service was excellent. Stephan was very friendly and made sure my order was correct. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely no complaints here!

I waited over 25 minutes for a remake in the lobby when it was moderately busy at most.

Poor service, stood at the order line for over 5 minutes, with no acknowledgment from staff that were right in front of me. As I waited to be helped, I continually swatted flies that buzzed all around. I wouldn't go here again.
