Mcdonald's - Richlands

Went at 11:30 pm they had every car pull up to wait... except the the couple of cars that only got drinks. After 10 mins I finally went in and they had cleared off my order to help their drive thru times and just plain forgot about our order. They then realized that they given everyone after my order wrong.. poorly poorly run Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Three days in a row I get the wrong order what is going on with this place?

Mickeys in Richlands is always fast and employees are polite and accurate. The ice machine never works. The app works great and I always have a great experience. My new thing is a McDouble not a must or catsup, but add Big Mac sauce. Try it. You'll thank me later.
