Coco Fresh Tea & Juice - Richmond

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the server. She was a petite girl with medium-length hair. Even though I already knew what I wanted to drink, she still introduced the menu to me eagerly. The restaurant is very bright and clean. I initially thought no one would sit and drink alone, but there were actually people sitting there chatting. The parking area is convenient, located in a busy area with many supermarkets and ample parking spaces available.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow and unaccommodating. Despite requesting 30% sugar in my milk tea, it always turns out excessively sweet. It seems they have already pre-sweetened the tea with at least 80% sugar and are unwilling to make a new batch to fulfill my request. It would be more honest to inform customers upfront if they are unable to customize the sugar level. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in wasting yet another drink.

It is a take-out restaurant and they include a tip in the bill. This is not acceptable.

Employees were quite rude. I had asked for no salty cream and the lady looked annoyed as she had already put it on. To scoop it out with a spoon isn’t too hard. I quickly got in my car and realized she made my order wrong, I asked for coconut jelly and I guess she didn’t realize and gave me pearls. I go back in to check if I might’ve gotten my order wrong. She grabs it throws it in the garbage, aggressively makes my correct order and plops it on the counter. No apologies or anything and continued with their closing duties.

I really love to visit this place when I do have spare time and to get away and alone time! Staff are really friendly I wanna mention the girl who knows me and what I always order! Ambiance is very cozy and designed accurately! My drinks are always the same taste! They prioritize standard procedure! Kudos to the owner hope your business will continue growing and give people above and beyond expectations about the service you guys provide! Thanks again!Ps. I just realized that some of them are rude to customers who is like they know I’m a regular customer but what so ever if I order 30 minutes later they start making noice talking about negative comments and etc. hope the attitude towards customers will change and be respectful and not mean and rude
