For the rice, we had the option to switch from plain rice to a rich, creamy variety or simple fried rice. I usually prefer coconut rice, but I highly recommend the fried rice; it was fantastic! As for presentation, the dishes were beautifully arranged, vibrant, and nicely plated. I also appreciated the wider selection of non-alcoholic beverages, and the bubble teas we tried were a great choice—thank you for that! The atmosphere was decent; while the decor was rather retro, the chairs were solid and comfortable. However, one large table had a plastic picnic tablecloth, which was a bit disappointing. Though practical, it doesn’t enhance the dining experience. Some nice cultural music could have elevated the evening even further. Regarding service, our waitresses looked lovely in their matching uniforms and were both polite and patient with us. They accurately took our drink and meal orders, although it took some time for each dish to be served. Nonetheless, we were pleased to see how appealing the dishes looked upon arrival. It might be beneficial to update your menu with newer photos of the meals. While they were aware we were sharing, we had to ask for small plates and serving utensils after realizing they hadn’t been provided initially. The table clearing could have been done more promptly, but they graciously refrigerated the birthday cake and ice cream we brought for dessert—thank you for accommodating that! All in all, it was a delightful evening for everyone. I'm looking forward to returning to try their enticing soups and perhaps explore some of their more culturally popular dishes!

The food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. I want to give a special shout-out to the young trainee who was working during lunchtime today. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. She will definitely be an asset to your team.

We had a wonderful experience at Kasalong. We ordered the entree for two, and the wings and ribs were incredibly tender and delicious. The side salad was nicely flavored as well. Our main courses were very generous portions, and they asked us about our preferences for spiciness, delivering exactly what we preferred. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely dinner here. Food was tasty, service was very good our waitress was so friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely food, very tasty, but my husband ordered a fish dish (spicy) and there was a very hot Chilli or similar at the bottom of the dish which caused some havoc with my husband's stomach otherwise very enjoyable.
