Food was hot and delicious. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Richmond .
I've only gotten take out from here. It's convenient and the food is very good. In fact my opinion of the place has improved across time. Try the shrimp fried rice, hot and sour soup and steamed dumplings.
You got to love there teriyaki chicken and fired dumplings
It's a nice little place to have lunch, especially the buffet.
