Kfc - Richmond

Unfortunately, that was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. They not only frequently mess up orders, but the staff is also rude. Once, after they got my order wrong, I went back inside and they "fixed" it. I returned to my car, and guess what? They messed it up again! It’s frustrating when they have multiple Uber Eats orders and still can't manage to get it right. Warming up a hot bag just to find mistakes is a complete waste of time.

The food is acceptable, but a major issue is that the staff handles food without wearing gloves, and they are rude and unprofessional.

I placed an order through DoorDash, and the chicken I received was old, cold, and hard. Additionally, some of my food and my half-gallon of sweet tea were missing. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. When I raised my concerns about the food, I felt ignored by the staff, particularly by someone I think was the assistant manager. This restaurant urgently needs to improve its customer service and hire better employees.

The food was good except to suck the service and they forgot one of my Mac and cheese.

Spicy chicken sandwich was good, a very generous piece of chicken. The french fries were very bad oh, it just tastes like they were old, hard and they were not hot.
