Kfc - Richmond

Stopped in on a Sunday at 6:00 PM and they are out of extra crispy and won't have any ready for half an hour. Place looked ran down and shabby, parking lot dirty, drive thru is tight. Won't return.

This place understands service. Our biscuits were going to take 15 minutes. We weren't in any hurry and said we'd wait. They not only gave us a free drink, we found extra biscuits once we arrived home to eat! Love my KFC!

The prices are way too high for meat that is filled with hormones and chemicals. The conditions of the chicken farms supplying KFC are appalling. I won’t be coming back here again. $40 for a bucket of chicken? Absolutely not!

We dropped in for lunch and ordered two boxed lunches, each with three pieces of chicken and drinks included for just $10. That's a fantastic price! Honestly, it was some of the best chicken I've had in a long time. I opted for the white meat, which was large, fresh, tender, and juicy. The staff was attentive and efficient. I will definitely be returning!

The service was mediocre. We were informed that our wait would be 4 minutes, but it ended up taking 40 minutes instead. The girl at the drive-thru was busy handling orders at the front, taking customers' orders, and delivering food to cars. Meanwhile, there were 4 other employees at 2 stations who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping out. The whole situation felt quite unprofessional.
