They flat top cook the burgers that leave a light ultra tasty crust on the patty. The rolls are fresh and slightly roasted to open the taste of the roll. Your product ratio is perfect. No hunky onions and bulky salads and tomatoes here. Friends are as generous and as hot as you want. And what is the best of all service is always friendly and fast, no matter how long the line can be. As I mentioned earlier, this place is a jewel!
