We ordered three tacos for $19 and nachos for the same price. While the nachos tasted decent, many of the chips were small, as if they came from the bottom of the bag. For $19, we shouldn't be served what's left at the bottom. Additionally, there were no dipping sides like salsa or sour cream, and the tacos also came without any sides. A few small adjustments could really enhance the experience. The service was average, but it seems like every time we come here, the food is just mediocre and costly.
We stopped by for a couple of pints on a rainy day during leaf season. I’m not sure why this place has received so many negative reviews about service, because ours was excellent. We sat at the bar since the place was packed, even though it was 2 PM on a Saturday. The food that others were enjoying looked delicious, but we had already eaten lunch, so we didn't order anything. Before leaving, we decided to grab some beers to go, along with some great merchandise, as we wanted a souvenir that said Richmond on it!
This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We called ahead to reserve an indoor table because of the rain, but when we arrived, we were sent outside just before a heavy downpour. We ordered drinks, and as soon as we received them, there was a lightning strike, and everyone on the patio was asked to leave their tables. The staff rudely informed us that we could wait another 45 minutes for a new table, and we had to pay for our drinks.
I like their beers, but can get more of the same brew at restaurants that are closer for less money. Their pretzels are quite good, I can't say the same for the Three Amigos chips and dip. Our plate looked like the chips came from the bottom of the bag and were a bad combination with the three runny dips. They quality of something as basic as chips and dip doesn't instill confidence in ordering anything else. Food: 1
The order was a sandwich with a coke and 2 shrimp tacos with a water. The bill came out to $45. HOW!? the sandwich and 'vermont greens ' were well below average for the cost. The shrimp tacos had 2 shrimp on them. $45!! I won 't be back. Lol Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Vermonter Sandwich
