White Castle - Richmond

Long wait for the drive thru window. Soft drink was weak, but replaced. 2 ot our 10 sliders were cold, 8 were hot and petfect. Friends were warm.

Very slow at this location. My son wanted to eat inside, I wished we hadn't went in. The place was just nasty! All of the tables were dirty with food and condiments caked on. The floor needed to be mopped and everything needed a good wipe down. The Coke machine on the counter was so dusty and dirty underneath. To top it all off there was a dead fly on the floor and our food was cold.

Great experience with my family. The mini hamburgers still taste like they did when I was a kid visiting White Castle with my parents and sister. The drive-thru was quick and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service and food from this location tonight! I came to the drive through for a mobile order and the two homies inside got my order made quickly and they made it perfect! They even hooked me up with some extras for the wait, but it?s all good I was chillin. These guys aren?t your average White Castle employees, they are some beasts in the kitchen and absolutely cranked out those sliders like it was no one?s business. I?ve moved here recently and have never seen a spectacle like this down in Carolinas. 5/5 I would crank my hog up and have some cold ones with the boys inside!
