California Pizza Kitchen At St. Louis

I love the BBQ chicken salad and red velvet cake at this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5.

I ordered two take-and-bake pizzas and the new chicken sandwich for pickup. The Margherita pizza and Black Bleu Pizza were delicious! The ready-to-bake pizzas were well packed and presented nicely. Even though I had to wait a bit longer, the crispy smashed potatoes were amazing. It was a great opportunity to use my $15 credit card statement at California Pizza Kitchen, combined with a 50% discount for the Take Bake Pizzas on their official website. Service for takeout was a 4/5, but the atmosphere and food were both a 5/5. Overall, a great lunch option for $20-30 per person.

During our layover, we purchased an expensive $15 pre-packaged chicken sandwich that was stale, bland, and missing the avocado. After a few bites, we decided to discard it and find a meal elsewhere. The take-out service scored a 3 out of 5, while the food and atmosphere ratings were disappointing at 1 and 2, respectively. The cost per person ranged between $10 to $20 for lunch.

The lunch duo for $12 is a good value. The Thai chicken pizza was delicious. Love the thin crust on the pizza. Compliments bread was also tasty. Service was on the slow side. Convenient spot for a bite if you're at the mall. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
