Waffle House - Richmond Hill

Really great experience here recently. Service was top notch. Our server and other employees were friendly and attentive above the top. The food was something of the best we had in a Waffle house. It definitely seems that this staff is working hard to please their customers. We'll be back soon.

It was good. The service is great. We've eaten here numerous times. The cleanliness needs some addressing. I understand that busy times don't always allow for it to be spotless. It doesn't take long to run a broom across a floor though. This past time as well the silverware was still not cleaned thoroughly. So we asked for plastic ware instead.

Outstanding customer service. Amy was our waitress today and she was exceptionally friendly and our food was served very quickly and exactly as ordered. The ham, egg, and cheese melt was delicious and filling came with hash browns. I also ordered a side of cheese grits which were also very good. My hubby, Glenn, had the western omelet with hash browns served “all-the-way” (minus the chili and gravy) and a side of bacon. His meal was also very tasty. We will definitely be back and hope to see Amy again. Great cheerful staff. Clean environment. Prompt, accurate, and kind service! Sorry didn’t get but one picture as I was hungry and forgot .

Gladys is a remarkable asset to this establishment! She not only cooked and cleaned tables, but also expertly coordinated her staff. She was always on top of everything! The food was served hot and was prepared perfectly, accommodating our specific requests even on such a busy morning. We were truly impressed with her performance. I highly recommend this restaurant, not just for the quality of the food, but for the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by their staff. Gladys maintained her composure throughout the entire experience.
