Zaxby's - Richmond Hill

I really miss this place. The food is excellent, but the wait time can be quite lengthy. The drive-thru was congested, and when they asked us to pull up and wait, they weren't kidding—there were about six more cars ahead of us. On the positive side, the food was hot when we finally got it. However, we did have a little mix-up with our order and ended up waiting an additional ten minutes before we had to send someone in to get what we were missing. Unfortunately, she got distracted in the parking lot because she needed to meet up with her friends and forgot our item. Just be prepared to wait if you go!

The food was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. My only issue was that they charge 25 cents for each extra sauce and only provide one per order.

This review focuses solely on the customer service experience. I arrived feeling quite hot and very pregnant, and the cashier quickly noticed. She kindly offered me a glass of water. Then, when my 2-year-old had a major tantrum in the lobby, she discreetly slipped two cookies into our pocket without saying a word. How thoughtful!
