Bayview Court Chinese Restaurant

Large variety of Chinese food to please almost everyone including children. Huge menu, good food, friendly people, fast and most important excellent taste. It could be a much better place if they take care of its decoration and hygiene. However all in all you will...enjoy the food.

I hate to write this review, but I want people traveling to be guided a little bit. This place was our go-to resto for years. I don't know what's happened, but the last three times we've been, our favorite dishes were not cooked or spiced...well. Maybe we just had a run of bad luck. We used to order Singapore Noodles, and their wonderful wanton soup, or what used to be wonderful, and chicken and lotus root. Maybe you'll have better luck.

With most Chinese restaurants in town focusing on either Cantonese and Northern style Chinese food, good Chiu Chow cuisine is a rarity in the GTA. Located in a strip plaza with a variety of different eats, Bayview Court, a Chiu Chow food specialist has been...in business for over a decade..... a testament for its fine location and good food. With ample parking, this restaurant is a go-to place for local Chinese residents when it comes to having a good value for money and simple delicious family dinner. Another attractive point is its massive space so finding a table is fairly easy. With an enormous menu featuring triple digit number of dishes, including Dim Sum, one should have no problem selecting the ones they fancy.

Poor food and poor service. The food is much worse than Congee Queen. The service is bad. The set lunch offers ice coffee for extra (without mentioning to us ahead) but does not have regular hot coffee available. The ice coffee is not even...cool and obvious made from hot coffee plus ice so why hot coffee is not available for free? The food is very oily. Too much MSG.

We finally tried this place. We ordered take out. The staff were very friend and fast! The menu was vast with lots of options. We tried the beef and noodles, bok choy and veggie rice. Nothing mind blowing but your typical Chinese take out. If...you spend about delivery is free.
