Cafe Torelli - Richmond Upon Thames

That is a good place to get strength ahead of Kew visit. The guys are very efficient and polite and nice and the pastries we got were very nice indeed as well the coffee and sitting outside was nice too! PS this was just outside the station…on the other side there are very many other places that are probably cheaper…so you know!!!

Could be a nice spot for work hybrid like me however the music is too loud and one of the guys seems to be supervisor was too loud and too rude in confront of the others staff . I ordered a late and come a capuchino . . Shame as the spot its really nice .however I had to go somewhere else ro finish my work and meet my colleagues. Cant work in a such a noisy environment

I am a local resident. I asked them to prepare my capuccino with soya milk since I am allergic to dairy. I suffered a severe allergic reaction soon after drinking it when I asked them if they had used cow's milk they said yes despite I had made it clear not to give me cow's milk. They didn't even apologize blamed me! Awful people.

We saw pigeons droppings in the mugs outside. Staff cleared tables, rinsed mugs under hot water and put them back to their original place. Disgusting...

There is nothing Italian about this coffee shop. It is an Eastern European cafeteria with an Italian name. A joke. Croissants are good though.
