Corner - Richmond

This is a fantastic venue with a diverse mix of patrons and a vibrant atmosphere in the upstairs bar. An added bonus is the opportunity to enjoy great bands performing downstairs. It truly captures the essence of authentic Melbourne pub culture—a true gem in this age of superficiality.

I just stopped by the rooftop bar for a quick dinner. I ordered the black bean burger, while my husband had the Patti Smith beef burger. Both were fantastic and came with plenty of golden fries. The atmosphere was lively, although the DJ was a bit too loud for my taste, but that seems to be the norm these days. My only issue was with the Pimms and lemonade; they advertise it as containing two parts lemonade to one part Pimms, but that didn’t seem to match what I received. We typically mix it at three parts lemonade to one part Pimms, which results in a stronger drink. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this place!

The Corner is a great place to see your favourite bands. The Corner has good variety and can showcase new bands to the public. Facilities are good. It would be helpful if there were a few more chairs for other people.!!! Dinner in pub beforehand is good food.

It was a long wait after many lockdowns and cancelled shows That we waited patiently for this Extraordinary guitarist by the name of Daniel Champagne and his support act Flynn Gurry Two amazing young men doing what they love They are both superstars in their own rights Wow you really have to see them to really understand what l am saying Remember their names And when you get the chance to see them Don't Hesitate You will never regret it for a minute
