Primos Cafe - Ridgeland

I placed an online order 8/23, used Apple Pay to pay for my breakfast, only to get there and be told that my order was not received. I went home got my phone and came back to show the cashier I placed the order. While there I attempted to check my card for the transaction. I checked the wrong card. So I decided to just let it go. Don?t usually gripe about our local establishments that we frequent but this is the last straw. We tried to order online, could not. Husband went to the location and ordered. Waited on the order. Got it and checked the receipt on the bag. It was correct. Got home and it was totally wrong. Took it back to the store and there was an issue. He left it with them and came home. This week, I ordered the fried chicken blue plate meal online. Primos staff is very helpful, and I order from this restaurant because I know I don't have to wonder whether or not my food is going to be right. I come in on my lunch break, my food is hot and ready to pick up, and the staff know me by name and get me in and out quickly so that I can get back to my store. Outstanding Cafe! Arrived Tue 5/18 between Breakfast Lunch crowd, ~10:30a. Friendly helpful counter servers! Excellent coffee, sweet tea, entrees sides, all prepared to PERFECTION (yes, really). It's everything Cracker Barrel should be when it comes to country and soul food cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
