Gelateria 13 - RIMINI

Verry nice place under the treas in the quiet street brindisi from our hotel,exellent service specialy the youndg small girl,and speak perfect englisch!!

I had the worst experience in this gelato shop. I was excited to try their ice cream but after ordering, I received something else. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said that it’s already done so I need to have it. She was very rude and pushy while all of this happened. We tried a few ice cream flavours but none of them were any good. We also tried the crepes which were nothing out of the ordinary. They also charged us more for something that we didn’t order. There’s plenty other ice cream shops in the area, so I definitely won’t go back.

Whilst in Rimini for a week, we visited this Gelateria on 3 occasions. We were not disappointed on any of them. We found the crepes beatuifully prepared and presented, the cocktails were equally well sized and the staff were incredibly busy but very friendly also. The location is on a corner where you can just people watch it gets very busy at about 9.30pm as the Italians finish off their dinners and ramble around. Excellent value and excellent experience.

For our 7-year-old son it was a pleasure when he got his ice-cream decorated with ombrellone and waffel. The staff of Gelateria 13 is extremely friendly! Especially the senior gentleman who waved goodbye to us. He and his colleagues makes this place even better!

Went for ice cream, the taste is very good, and the presentation is quite nice. Staff is also very friendly. Only maybe a bit expensive overall, but other than that its very good.
