Bob Evans - Rio Grande

There is NO BUFFET!! Other than that there was plenty of food trucks consisting of ice cream, hot dog, popcorn trucks. I highly reccomend you try A-Towns Pies and Fries. They are good good, I had the cheesy bacon cajun fries amd it was a generous portion and definetly worth the 13$. There was also ample vendors there with nitted and painted merchs. Stands for apple butters, honeys, jerky, and even pots of beans. There was live dancing and music, we saw a tap dancing group while we were eating. The tent closest to the Bob Evan was playing rock. Plenty of farm animals and my fav was the Longhorns just like the ones you'd see at a Texas U game! Even though theres no buffet saddly I do reccommend. The food was amazing and the staff was great. I highly recommend eating here. I also love the cozy atmosphere. Parking: A parking place was easy to find and close to the door. Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair would easily be able to get into the restaurant. They got rid of the vegetable soup, one of two things I get there, so that sucks. The Bob Evans restaurant located on the historic Bob Evans farm should function as a flagship location for the restaurant chain, exemplifying the best that the brand has to offer. Sadly, it falls far short of that goal. If I'm being charitable, I could call it mediocre. I paid over $20 for a plate of lukewarm turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes that didn't taste right. There was graffiti on the bathroom wall. On the bright side staff were very friendly and professional, but as I left, I found myself wishing I had saved some money and eaten at the nearby Subway or McDonald's.
