Federico's Mexican Food - Rio Rancho

Order afteros supreme as take out. The food was hot and even walking to wait was only about 5-6 minutes. It was big portion size and tasty. Checkout was super friendly and polite. What a mask of respect for my spouse elections was not hated for this choice. Parking was confusing only because of the closure of the road/parking area south of Fredricos, which made it a bit harder than the normally easy-to-use parking/vehicle door access that is normally available. But this is a city change, not something Fredricos has control over and was the only surprise that I had access to from the Sara Rd side I usually come from.

Just went through the ride thru, ordered 3 carnitas tacos, a chicken nugget meal and a big iced tea. The food was and the young man on the ride was AMAZING! Great customer service capabilities and just as personal as the day is long. Great experience! I wish they had their names at the reception. I go in for the drive-thru type!!!

The guy who took our order was very friendly. He gets five stars! The food was mostly good. My spicy chicken fries were over boiled (the chicken) so much that they were dry.

The food is unbelievable and hope that the workers will be paid well. I usually get Burritos from here, but the Beef Torta surprised me.

Ok, overall this place is excellent! Quality Mexican food quickly. But...I got the chicken quesadillas with red and OH MY GOD IS IT SPICY!!! Its painfully spicy. I actually only had a few bites before I just couldn't take it. I've grown up here in Abq so I can take a little spice but this was just too much. Anyway, I'm not taking away stars just because I'm not man enough but just be aware. Maybe get it on the side if you're feeling spicy. Service was fast and cashier was courteous. Great service. PS: The tres leches is incredible. I wasnt planning on eating the entire giant slice but it happened and I'm fine with it.
