Filibertos Mexican Food - Rio Rancho

So they messaged me to write something here... Day 1 I went on a Sunday morning it was early. Went inside to use the bathroom wash my hands I wanted to go thru the drive thru and keep it moving... Got yelled at as I was getting in my car. They came outside to yell at me for taking a **** washing my hands . I assume they thought I was a homeless guy. Even if I was that sucks. Day 2 I really wanted a carne asada burrito... Went thru the drive thru ordered it and not my order. It was the flautas... No biggie I found a homeless guy and passed it on. Lessoned learn was dont go here again.

My Machaca burrito was delicious!! Hot and tasty. My wife got some tacos with shredded beef. She was only able to eat two of her 3 rolled tacos. I finished the last one. It, too, was delicious.

Filiberto’s is always a favorite stop over as I’m traveling through Albuquerque, NM; Jorge and his lovely Bride/Owners have created a great concept with delicious flavors from Mexico with hints of Mayan spice!

I used to like coming to this place but customer service has gone down hill. I was ordering my burritos and at the end of my order I told them I had a coupon. She then told me she had already processed my order. As I got to the window I explained to her that it does not say anything on the coupon about mentioning that you have coupon first. She told me she couldn’t do it because then it would charge her system. Very weird. She was not kind or understanding. She would rather me leave with no food then ask a manager or assistance to make the order work and not waste food. Very sad and frustrating. Oh well. Burrito express it is.

I've gone here twice and both times get my order wrong, tried giving it a try
