Vico Astemio - RIPOSTO

I’m a local who now lives overseas, and I must say that this is arguably the best restaurant in the area. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is superb! Ask for Ciccio who will show you what true Sicilian Hospitality is all about! My wife and I have dined here at least once a week during our stay in Sicily and have taken all our closest friends to this special little spot. Great good, lovely ambience, and excellent service!

Just awesome!!!! Before we talk about food, a big shoutout to our man Ciccio! You made the evening very special with your lovely character and all the knowledge you have about the regional food and wine! Keep up the great work! This food will bring you right on the train to flavor town! Awesome! You think Tuna and Truffles is a weird combination? I thought so too! But be assured it is not it is great! Spaghetti with squid ink, delicious. Amberjack even better than Tuna yes! Once you made it through starters, Primi and secondi you will end up in dessert heaven. Ciccio is creating them himself as kind of a pastry chef! The evening only gets better with a selection of local Grappa and other drinks! 10/10 for staff, food, ambience… will definitely come again!!

A lovely location in the port of Ripalo, in a wuiet place, just behind the central place. Personnel is smiley and welcoming, speaking French and English. Service is done with generosity and a smile. Food is esquisite Italian quality with a drop of French sophistication and is accompanied byban impresive list of Italian and French wines. Tiramisu is the best we ever had in Italy or around the globe. No doubt.

A large group of us came here for my parents' anniversary dinner. It was lovely. They have the space between the buildings set up as a very nice outside space. The food was creative and very good (lots of raw seafood) and the desserts were very tasty. We really enjoyed it and a short walk down to the water afterwards. Parking was easy along the big main street on the way to it.

Probably the best dinner I had in Sicily. Exquisit Food for more than fair prices. The restaurant has a tastefully decorated interior and professional/ helpful staff. The recipes put a modern twist on some beloved classics. If you have the possibility, definitely go here! The octopus was the best I have ever had and the tiramisu was up there as well.
