Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Riverbank

Was eaten bbq and stumbled over Dickeys. I thought we'd try. AMAZING! My husband and I were totally impressed. The website does not work for Riverside, but we have called and placed our order. We have the family package: pulled pork, ribs, potato casserole, potato salad and Mac n cheese. It also comes with rolls and sauce. My 2 years old loved the Mac n cheese. My husband and I loved everything. Was enough to fill us and have left for tomorrow. The only change would be to get more sauce and get another bread like an emperor's role when it was provided. Will reorder and try some different meats and sides.

Today was my first visit to Dickey's, and I truly enjoyed it! The food was delicious and served hot, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, when I got home after 20 minutes, I discovered that they had forgotten one of my items. By that time, they were closed, so I couldn't call to address the issue. I also didn't receive a receipt—I wasn't even asked if I wanted one, which was a bit disappointing. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. A good lesson learned: always check your bag before leaving!

This barbecue place is quite good. It may be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my meal was delicious. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the mood for barbecue!

We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff as soon as we entered. Our food was served hot and prepared quickly. While it's not a fast food restaurant, so there isn’t a dollar menu, kids eat free on Sundays with a $10 purchase, which is great. The restaurant is new and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the self-serve BBQ sauce, allowing us to choose between a dry rub or a generous coating for our meat. One of the best features was the free self-serve ice cream—an excellent bonus!
