Chipotle Mexican Grill - Riverdale

I placed an online order for pickup because in the restaurant there was a sign that said exact change because the card reader was down. As I?m picking up my order a young lady was bagging my meal the chips dropped on the floor. She proceeds to pick it up and place it in my bag, I kindly asked if she may give me a new bag since it fell on the floor. Man this is the last straw the evening crew doesn 't care they are legitimately happy when they run out of stuff and as a vegan the cross contamination with the meat and beans is ridiculous they used to be decent despite the reviews but it ain 't no way I 'm gonna spend my money with them and they have so little care for presentation. I doordashed a burrito bowl from this location and it didn?t even include rice. $25.55 for this? If you didn?t have all the food to complete the order then don?t take the order. Simple. This location is the worst!

Worst experience I?ve ever had. This is what a bowl almost $14 look like. When i arrived to pick up my food, i checked my bowl and saw it has no rice. So i asked, and the girl said ?we don?t have any rice left.? So the bigger question here is, ?WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING FOR MY EMAIL PHONE NUMBER???? When y?all couldn?t contact me to let me know y?all out of rice??? So disappointed

Amazing Mexican American fusion almost like cooked at home the Carne asada is the best,full of flavor and so tender that you can't stop eating,the huacamole is addictive so you will enjoyed every single bite, this location is new in Riverdale Ga. so everything is brand new and clean,the service is good everybody is friendly and patience while they take you order. Give it a shot and enjoy Chipotle Mexican Grill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
