Pizza Hut - Riverdale

I always have a wonderful experience. I go thru drive thru and the njce young lady. Is always the same person and she knows me by name she is very pleasant and polite. She calls me Ms and also just gets my pizzas ? when she see me before she even gets to the window.She tells me to enjoy while im paying have a nice night and see you again because I'm there every weekend

It was really nice the wait wasn't long and the wings and cheese sticks were amazing

Great lunch special, clean dining room, professional staff. No more mildewed smell in dining room. 94 on there recent score.

Ordered a personal pan pizza. It was hot, fresh and delish! Though the size is smaller than in years past, it's just the right amt for a small appetite

The Hispanic girl at the register had a terrible attitude turning her back away from me huffing and puffing (there was no need for that) when I explaining my dissatisfaction about how our food had been prepared. She was very unprofessional and childish acting. Very bad for business to have someone so immature with lack of good customer service skills to be at the front register. Need to be trained on how to properly deal with customers and dissatisfaction/ issues that arise in a courteous, professional, calm, friendly and mature manner. Also youngsters working there playing and congregating around on their cell phones all up in each other's faces with no masks on. Never had any issues with this particular Pizza Hut until now. Friendly service with pizza made right. No issues . Would have just left it at 1 star but the manager with the red dreads was great in how when handled things. She was very professional and customer service oriented. She remade our pizza, and ensured we were completely satisfied. Which after she took care of us we were.
