Wendy's - Riverdale

I was pleasantly surprised! I needed a quick meal, so I decided to stop at Wendy's, and it turned out to be the best choice of the day! The line moved quickly, and the customer service at the drive-thru was excellent. My food was delicious—hot, not just warm! I even had to pull over my car to sit down and savor my meal. Great job!

I've been eating Wendy for many years, and I can really say that this was the best service I had in a long time. The food was fresh and hot. The rolls, onions, everything was fresh. The sitting area was clean, bathroom very clean. All staff and managers were very nice and Vaughn was a very sweet and nice lady. I don't usually leave reviews, but that was an excellent service for Wendy's.

Burgers and fries, late evening dinner. The drive-thru lines was not long which made it a quick stop. The cashier was nice and patient. The pickup window was fast, the drinks were waiting and the bags were right there. I love sharing as a Travel professional.

While the drive thru line timelessness has improve, the window customer service has not yet. Still manages to miss items from meals that are paid for. I don't think they care about double checking the order at the second window before they hand it to the cx. Other than that not bad. I would recommend before leaving check your meal. Trusting, but still verify before putting off.

I had to wait about 15 minutes in a long line, but the food was worth it—it was hot and delicious. My order was accurate, and my meal arrived quickly after I placed the order. I enjoyed a tasty chicken sandwich, and my friend's chicken nuggets were equally impressive—crispy and beautifully presented.
