Gandhi Indian Cuisine Banquet

If i could give 10 stars to this place I would. Food was wonderful. Seasoning is awesome. I strongly recommend the classic chicken curry and the garlic bread. Will definitely come back.

We found an Indian restaurant, but eating is probably about 6 out of 10. the service is probably also 6 out of 10. they require for each small ding.

Excellent food and great service. I have my whole party of 15 like a royal. the chef made special suggestions for people who were new Indian cuisine and everyone loved their meal. I was a couple times and never got disappointed.

Trying out a new restaurant is always a gamble, but sometimes you find a hidden gem worth the risk. In Riverside, where there is a big Indian community, Gandhi faces tough local competition. Our experience at this restaurant was average, with a dinner that didn't stand out compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. We tried the lamb vindaloo and butter chicken, both traditional choices, along with garlic naan. While the meat was tender, the sauces didn't quite hit the mark in terms of authentic Indian flavors. The vindaloo was too sweet and the butter chicken lacked the richness of a classic Chicken Makhani. The naan was lukewarm and lacked the expected garlic taste. In Indian cuisine, bread and rice are essential, and the rice we were served was disappointing. The service was friendly but not very attentive. As a lover of Indian food, I wouldn't recommend Gandhi when there are other better options available nearby.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding and the service is top-notch. Our party of 15 was treated like royalty. The chef even made special recommendations for those who were unfamiliar with Indian cuisine, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I have visited multiple times and have never been let down. Highly recommend this place!
