Marcello's Pizza Pasta - Riverside

Been ordering Marcellos exclusively since 1989 and for the first time was told there was a minimum for delivery, and the minimum was a ridiculous $30. Before even talking me they send me a message saying my order Has been canceled, no option given add an item to make up the difference. Now the kicker, since I ordered online where they list $15 min for delivery I may add) they have $27 $21 and $6 tip) that I can expect to get back in 7-10 business days. No if I want a pizza I’m looking at $57 not counting having to tip again.

Ordered pizza tonight. They took my money. The business is closed. But it states they are open on Yelp. Lost money and no pizza. Ridiculous!! So ridiculous!!! THIS RESTAURANT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR SIX WEEKS!!!!

The nicest pizza maker ever in a mask lol...and HOLY this pizza is the best I’ve eaten in California, the perfect crust and a sauce that’s there but not taking control of the amazing toppings. Yummmm

We absolutely love it! This has definitely become our new favorite pizza place. When we first moved here, we tried several different spots in the area, but this one stands out for its consistently delicious food every time.

What really irked me was that they canceled my online order without any notice. I had to check online to see when my order would arrive, only to discover it had been canceled. There was no phone call, no apologetic email — just a silent cancellation from a new manager who seems intent on ruining what was once a thriving business.
