Írjon visszajelzéstI came in at 8:30pm on 5/21/2022. I had 2 turkey sandwiches made, on Italian Herb Cheese bread. The the turkey seemed odd to me as she was making my sandwich, it wasn?t your normal white color thin cut turkey they normally have. It was very thick darkcolored, looked unappealing. The Italian bread was completely burnt. I also ordered two white chocolate raspberry cookies, thatwere hard tasted unpleasant. Once I got the sandwiches home, the bread was as hard as a rock, the turkey itself had an oddflavor, almost had a smoked ham flavor? it was not good what so ever. We ended up throwing both sandwiches away eating cerealinstead. So I called the store this morning talked to the manager, she told me sorry but there was nothing she could do!!?That next time I come in, which I won?t be, herself or another employee could make my sandwiches? it wasn?t the employees fault,it was the food itself! I asked if I could get a refund, she told me ?unfortunately no because you don?t have the sandwichesor the receipt? which the receipt was not given to me when I left. But I?m sure their cameras computer system could speak formy ?receipt? that was not given to me at 8:30pm at night. Poor customer service, from a manager too! I don?t blame the girlwho made my sandwiches what so ever, it was Subways Food being poor.
Don't get me wrong, I like subway, but this location needs work. Ordered curbside pickup and followed all the instructions on the app cluding checking in, but sat and waited. Tried calling the store several times, but no one ever picked up. And I waspatient. I didn't keep redialing. I waited in between each dial in case they were busy. As I saw people come and go, not a lot,I finally mustard the strength to go in myself. I'm handicapped by the way and have trouble walking. Which is why I orderedcurbside. When I went in and told them I ordered a curbside order, the girl just pointed to the pickup rack. I grab my food andmade my way back to my car. It was there I realized they never gave me any chips that I ordered. So once again I cautiously mademy way back inside where I grabbed my own chips. I actually only grabbed what I ordered, but I think the guy that was working Icould tell how annoyed I was because I could have cleared out the whole rack of chips and that guy wouldn't even look at me. Soonce again, I make my way out to my car. Get home to find out they also forgot the cookies I ordered and didn't follow theordering instructions for the two footlongs I ordered. Maybe they were just having a bad day. But I don't understand why theyhad to make it my bad day!
It used to be a 24-hour restaurant, but it looks like they’ve changed their hours and now open at 8 AM. That would be fine if they actually opened at that time. I arrived at 8 to grab some food for my 15-hour shift, but by 8:15, they still weren’t open.
I don't remember the exact night I visited, but the young man, Brian, and the young woman, Panino, provided me with excellent service. They were both very polite and professional. I hope that whenever I come back, at least one of these wonderful Subway employees will be there to assist me. They made an effort to ensure my sandwich was made exactly to my liking, and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be returning to this location frequently.
I felt quite sorry for the employees at this restaurant, unless the music was intentionally chosen. They were playing a religious station, which I don't believe is suitable for a business setting. Some customers might find this type of station offensive, considering the various past wrongdoings associated with the church. On a positive note, the food was good, they frequently offer coupons, and the staff was friendly.
