Subway - Riverside

I stopped by for a quick meal and thought it would be convenient to use the restroom since I had a long drive home. However, when I asked about the restroom, a young lady informed me it was out of service. There was no sign on the door, so it felt like she just didn't want to give me the key. I found that pretty rude. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean.

The sandwich tastes similar to what I've had at other locations – light and customizable. I appreciate that I can choose the quantity of veggies I want, whether it’s none, regular, or extra for items like lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, pickles, and jalapeños. They did put the wrong cheese on my sandwich, but that’s not a big issue. The app sometimes offers great deals, including a Buy One Get One Free promotion. Ordering and picking up my meal was straightforward with no wait time. I did find it odd that there were no other customers inside or placing online orders on a Friday evening, so maybe they’re busier during lunch hours.

The staff working today were quite rude, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. The employee definitely needs to improve her communication with customers. Many people are regulars here, but today’s vibe is not appealing. It's disappointing to see.

Sandwich was delicious. Employee was excellent. What pissed me off is the employee was working alone at night. FIX IT!

This store has really bad service the girl who was attending me was super distracted watching her cellphone ? and did couple mistakes .Im definitely not going back to buy anything from them.
